That’s exactly who this course is for. We start from zero strength and build up step by step with drills that prepare the body safely.
A simple bar (door bar or low bar) is enough. Everything else uses bodyweight and easy home drills.
Very short. Most sessions are 2–5 minutes, so they’re easy to fit into the week without pressure.
The course is divided into 6 simple sections. By the end of Section 6, your child should either have their first chin-up or be very close to getting it.
