Turn the front walkover that’s been holding her back
into her favourite skill to show off at class!🤸

Get immediate access to 8 sessions that break down the skill and help her master each step — with the right exercises to build strength, flexibility, and technique.
And finally see her face light up when she realises
she can do it and she’s actually getting there.
All safely from home.

(That’s less than what you'd pay for a leotard and this will do far more for her confidence.)

“She’s the only one in the group who can’t do it.”
“She tries so hard — but nothing’s changing.”
“Maybe she’s just not flexible enough?”
“Her coach pointed out the problem... but not what to do about it.”
You are not alone... and your daughter is not the only one struggling.
But if you're here, it's because you care.
You want her to succeed, to feel proud
and to stop getting frustrated trying the same thing over and over without progress.
This challenge was made for exactly that.

Let’s be honest...
in most clubs, your daughter is one of many.
There’s not enough time for every child to get detailed help.
So what do they do?
Repeat the full skill again and again...
Understanding the technique
Strength in the right muscles
Flexibility where it matters (shoulders, back, hips)
And the right progression to build confidence

Specific (not just “try again”)
Smart (built to target real blocks)
Short (15–20 min per session)
Safe (done at home)

I have created two challenges!
Because not every gymnast starts
from the same place.
🔵 NOVICE Challenge 🔵
Best for gymnasts who are still building the basics, such as:
Handstand into bridge (landing on both feet, but often collapsing)
Standing up from bridge with two feet
Building a strong foundation for the Advanced Front Walkover Challenge

🔴 Advanced Challenge 🔴
Best for gymnasts who are ready to take the next step, including:
Handstand into a 1-footed bridge (the first part of the walkover)
Standing up from a 1-footed bridge with a step out (the second part)
Learning how to put it all together with confidence — and perform a walkover that makes coaches and teammates stop and stare 👀✨
✨ You get both challenges! ✨
Start where she is now — and keep going when she’s ready.
Even if she’s more advanced, most kids miss key foundations that get fixed in the Novice Challenge — so doing both is the best way to see results that stick.

Ask yourself this:
“If she’s still stuck in 3 months… will I wish we’d tried this?”
If the answer is yes — don’t wait.
You don’t need fancy equipment.
You don’t need hours of free time.
You don’t even need to know anything about gymnastics.
👉 You just need the willingness to try a better way.

2 Forward Walkover Challenges – Novice + Advanced
4 short sessions with each challenge (15–20 mins)
27 Forward Walkover specific preparation exercises
Built-in flexibility drills
Technique breakdowns
Safe home training
Lifetime access

If she’s losing motivation…
If you’re seeing her confidence drop…
If she’s just so close to this skill but not quite there…
Let’s change that.
Give her the plan.
Give her the confidence.
Give her the joy of walking into class saying:
💫 “Look what I can do now.” ⭐

No. A soft surface like carpet, a mat, or a yoga mat is all you need.
Totally fine. These sessions were designed for small home spaces like bedrooms and living rooms.
You’ll get immediate access to all sessions. You can follow one per day or at your own pace. Each one is guided, with clear demonstrations and tasks.
You don’t have to be! The videos show everything step by step. Many parents just press play and support with encouragement or spotting when needed. Some kids follow independently but we always recommend supervision
Yes — every session is age-appropriate and created with safety in mind. We avoid risky moves and instead focus on drills that build strength, control, and flexibility safely.
Because in class, they’re often told to just keep trying — without real guidance. Here, they get specific exercises that fix the root problem — not just repeat the move.
