You can follow the sessions any time — once a week, twice a week, or even two in one day. It’s completely flexible.



❓ What if my child is busy with school and clubs?

That’s totally fine. Each session is just 10–15 minutes and can be done at home when it suits you. No rushing, no strict timetable — your child can go at their own pace.

❓ Is this for beginners?

Yes! The monthly challenges are perfect for beginners and intermediate gymnasts. We focus on key foundational skills and progressing safely.

❓ How will my child stay motivated?

The Club has a leaderboard and certificates to celebrate progress. Every time your child completes a task, they earn points — and that excitement keeps them coming back for more.

❓ Do we need any equipment?

Just a mat or soft floor and some space. That’s it!

❓ Is this safe to do at home?

Yes – we design everything with home safety in mind. No flips or advanced skills unless your child is ready and has the space.

❓ What if I do not want to continue after a couple of months
