WHAT IF SHE ALREADY HAS EVERYTHING
SHE NEEDS FOR A KICKOVER?

And the only thing missing is knowing how to put it all together?

And the only thing missing is knowing how to put it all together?

And the only thing missing is knowing how to put it all together?

Get your very first kickover without endless kicking, frustration, or feeling like she's not good enough.

Just 2 simple sessions, clear guidance and a proven method that
has already helped over 150 children achieve their very first kickover.

If you've caught yourself thinking, maybe...

• she's not flexible enough

• she needs more core strength

• one class a week just isn't enough to learn this skill.

AND

As you watch her trying so hard...

You can't help but wonder:

"What if she's starting to lose confidence because she can’t do it yet?"

If she can push up to bridge...

and kick to handstand (even if she can’t hold it yet)...

She already has everything
she needs for a kickover!

Now, I know you're not a gymnastics coach,
so you may never have looked at it this way before...

But a kickover is simply a bridge and

a handstand working together.

The missing piece isn't more flexibility,
strength or an extra class.

It's learning the right kick and push technique
that connects them together.

She's too close to let one missing piece stand
between her and her kickover.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT
THE
KICK AND PUSH METHOD

STEP 1: BRIDGE -> Kickover Ready

She can do the bridge.

But if it isn't in the right position, the kickover becomes almost impossible.

We set up her bridge kickover-ready, so now she starts from a position that helps the skill instead of fighting against it. So she is set up for success from the beginning

.

STEP 2: GOING OVER

Now we focus on what actually makes the kickover happen.

The Kick & Push Technique, which is the movement that connects the bridge to going over through handstand.

She will learn exactly what her legs need to do to get all the way over, landing on her feet instead of dropping back to bridge.

This guarantees that the going over happens every single time.

STEP 3: GLOW UP

Now that she knows how to connect everything together
and this skill is second nature we work on the details.

This is where we improve bent legs, wobbly landings and flowiness.

Because it's much easier to perfect a skill once the skill is already there.

Flexibility or strength alone aren’t enough!

They need to work for the kickover.

That's why we build every piece and everything she needs
specifically for the skill
, making sure she can connect
the bridge and the handstand to go over.

Because she's too good to stay stuck
one step away from her kickover!

Abi Overcomes 6 Months of Struggle Online,

Mastering Her First Kickover in Just 25 Minutes!

But who am I to teach this skill in two sessions, especially online?

I started as a gymnast and later became a coach.

Over the years, I became Head Coach at one of the largest gymnastics clubs in London, my squad won over 100 medals in less than 5 years, and I became Head of Gymnastics at a private school in London.

But what I haven't told you yet is that, at the beginning,
I struggled to teach kickovers!

And that's a problem because the kickover is kind of a mini milestone. It's often the skill that shows a child is starting to build real foundations.

I was focusing so much on flexibility and strength.

The children stretched. They got stronger. They practised.

Yet they still rocked in bridge, went a little over... and
came straight back down again.

At this point all I could think of was there must be something I am missing.

Why weren't they learning this skill despite trying all the time?

They didn't know how to connect everything together
through the right kick and push technique.

And once I understood that and changed the way I taught this skill,
children started to master their first kickover.

The happiness when they stood up on the other side, the joy...

you could see that they felt like they had really achieved something.

That's why I created the Kickover Bootcamp, to help your child achieve
one of her first important milestones in gymnastics.

Without the endless trying, frustration and feeling like she's not good enough.
Without forcing her body into positions that create bad habits or increase the risk of injury.

Instead, you'll know exactly how she can practise this skill safely from home,

so she can get her very first kickover and walk into her next class full of joy
knowing she can do something she couldn't do before.

But how can I teach your child

a KICKOVER in only 2 days?

Oh yes and online through a video with

no equipment, gym or hand supporting them?

Here is the thing.

I have been a gymnast since I was 8, and eventually transitioned into coaching.

As my coaching experience grew, so did my frustrations…

Despite becoming the head coach of one of the largest gymnastics centres in London, bringing my squad from zero to winning over 100 medals within five years, being the head of gymnastics at a private school in North London, and running my own club, I just felt something wasn't working.

Seeing kids struggling with their bridge, with no one pointing it out or giving them the preps and flexibility exercises to make their bridge better—to make it kickover ready—was heartbreaking.

They kept trying and trying, and you could see the disappointment and frustration on their faces while their confidence faded with every attempt.

These kids had all the talent and ability. They weren't any less capable than others; it’s just that in traditional classes, sometimes the coach (and I have been there myself) doesn’t have time to go through specific drills. Classes are sometimes overcrowded, making it impossible to engage the kids and provide corrections. But this felt wrong to me.

So I said ENOUGH!

I wanted the chance to teach properly, and online, despite not having equipment, we can dive deep into all the parts of the puzzle. This way, you get everything you need to really master your kickover without getting bored, waiting in line for your turn, or attending a class without improving.

THEIR FIRST KICKOVER!

*The workbook is only available for those who sign up today!

Q: My daughter really struggles with flexibility. Is this still for her?

A: Yes — and that is exactly why she should join. Instead of just “giving the skill a go”,
we first build the flexibility she needs with specific drills
and targeted exercises, so her body is ready for the walkover.

Q: My child does acro / cheerleading / dance but not gymnastics. Is this still okay?

A: Absolutely. A kickover is a kickover, no matter what sport she does.

Q: My child is new to gymnastics or doesn’t go to classes. Can she still join?

A: Yes. She does not need to attend classes. If she is 6
and can push up to a bridge, she is ready to start.

Q: Do I need any gymnastics equipment?

A: No you don’t. We use simple things you already have at home like a wall,
sofa, or floor space. A mat is lovely if you have one, but not essential.

Q: We have very little space at home. Can we still do it?

A: Yes. You don’t need a big space. If she has enough
room for a bridge and a kickover, that’s plenty.

Q: Is this a monthly membership/are any other payments required?

A: No. This is a one-time payment with lifetime access.

Q: Will the content expire?

A: No. Once you join, it’s yours to keep and revisit anytime.

Q: How do we access the Bootcamp?

A: As soon as you join, you’ll receive an email with your login details to the course.
You can watch on your phone, tablet, or laptop whenever it suits you.

Q: How do I know if she will follow the online classes?

A: The sessions are short, fun and designed for children.
She won't be sitting and watching. She'll be moving, practising and
achieving little wins from the very first session.

Q: She doesn’t listen to me when we practise at home, would this course still work?

A: You’re not alone 😄 That’s exactly why I made this.
You get to be her best supporter and I’ll be the coach guiding her through each step.

Q: I am not a gymnastics coach, what if I get something wrong?

A: You do not need to be a gymnastics coach. That’s my job 😊
I’ll guide your child step by step, show you what to look for
and give you clear sessions to follow so you can feel confident supporting her at home.

Chances are, she already has
what she needs to get her kickover...

She doesn't need more talent or more flexibility.

She simply needs to know how to connect the pieces together.

And I have a feeling you're exactly the kind of mum
who would love to be there when she gets that very first kickover.

Because the smile, confidence and joy that come with it
are worth so much more than the skill itself.
